Drain Cleaning & Waste Removal
Drain Cleaning & Jetting Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast & Beyond
Drain Tech Australia uses modern drain cleaning technology to clean and clear a wide range of industrial and commercial sewer and stormwater assets, including pipes, culverts, drains, gullies and manholes.
Depending on the site requirements and scope of works, we can utilise both vacuum truck equipment and trailer-mounted jetters to complete the job efficiently and effectively. Using high-pressure water jetting, specialised jetting nozzles and industrial vacuum equipment, we can remove blockages, debris, silt, roots and other obstructions from pipelines and drainage assets.
Our equipment allows us to complete cleaning works efficiently while supporting water-conscious cleaning practices where suitable.
Drain cleaning can also be combined with our CCTV inspection services to confirm that obstructions have been fully removed and to provide clear footage and reporting on the pipe’s structural condition and serviceability.

What Drain Cleaning Is Used For
Drain cleaning is used to clear stormwater, sewer and drainage pipelines affected by debris, silt, roots, grease, scale, sediment or other obstructions.
It helps restore flow, improve asset performance and prepare pipelines for accurate CCTV inspection, reporting or further maintenance works.
How the Cleaning Is Completed
Our operators use high-pressure water jetting equipment with suitable nozzles selected for the pipe size, material, blockage type and site conditions.
Cleaning is generally completed through existing access points such as manholes, pits, inspection openings or access chambers. Where required, debris can be removed, flushed or managed in accordance with the project requirements.
When Cleaning Is Required Before CCTV
Cleaning may be required before CCTV inspection when debris, silt, water flow, roots or obstructions prevent the camera from travelling through the pipe or restrict visibility of the pipe wall.
A clean pipeline allows for clearer inspection footage, more accurate defect identification and a more reliable condition assessment report.
What You Receive
Depending on the scope of works, clients can receive details of the assets cleaned, site observations, blockage information, before-and-after comments and supporting CCTV footage where inspection is completed after cleaning.
Cleaning works can be completed as part of a maintenance program, civil handover, defect investigation, blockage response or CCTV inspection project.
